We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before making a return or requesting a refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  2. If approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

  3. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the product is not damaged and the correct item was sent, the customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping charges

  • Any applicable restocking fee

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

For these cases, Olyra London will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order for any reason, without justification.
Items must meet the same return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
